Cancelations:
Your Appointment is the most important to us! In any event a cancelation or a re -schedule of your appointment is needed, please kindly contact us within 48 hours so we may make the necessary scheduling adjustments to accommodate our guest on our wait list. Notification given and/or not showing for the appointment may result in a 50.00 fee.

Late Arrivals:
Please be courteous to your artist and the salon's other guests.
If you are 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not be able to complete the entire service scheduled.

Gratuities:
We appreciate your kindness and ask that gratuities are offered in cash, as we are unable to accept tips on credit cards.

Right to Refuse Service:
Bliss Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
Return Policy:
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.
Refunds:
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
Please keep in mind, when using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
